ELDERLY SUBSIDY PROGRAM

 

Helping elderly creek families 62 and over afford suitable rental housing. The rental unit can be of the family’s choice but must meet minimum standards of health and safety, as determined by the Department of Housing.  The unit may include the family’s present residence. The rental payment subsidy will be paid directly to the landlord.
