The Department of Housing Rental Properties Programs provides low cost rental housing for Native American families.

 

Residential Community Rental Housing Program

 

The Residential Community Rental Housing Program consists of rental properties located in Okmulgee, Okemah, Checotah, Eufaula, Coweta, Sand Springs, Sapulpa and an Elderly Housing Addition also located in Okmulgee. The Department of Housing manages over 300 living units with each of the four main rental locations having approximately 75 units (duplexes).

 

 

 

 

 

Elderly Housing Program

 

The Elderly Housing Addition has 54 one and two bedroom units located in Okmulgee.
