RENTAL SUBSIDY PROGRAM

 

To be eligible for the Rental Subsidy Program an applicant must be an enrolled Creek Citizen, have an income not exceeding 80% of the national median income published by HUD, and the applicant must not owe a bad debt to the Department of Housing. The rental unit can be of the family’s choice but must meet minimum standards of health and safety, as determined by the Department of Housing.  The unit may include the family’s present residence. The rental payment subsidy will be paid directly to the landlord.
